2. Return Policy
Courier & Shipping
• Customers must use a reliable courier service for all returns.
• All shipping charges — both forward and return — are borne by the customer.
Return Intimation
• To initiate a return, call or WhatsApp us with your Order Number and reason for return at +91 7676635912.
• Clear photos or videos of the product must be shared at the time of reporting for return approval.
Package Details
Please ensure your Order Number and Registered Mobile Number are clearly mentioned on the return package.
After Dispatch
Once dispatched, please share:
• An image of the packed parcel.
• The courier slip / tracking details.
Product Condition
Returned products must be:
• Unused and unopened.
• In original condition.
• Securely and properly packed.
Return Timeline
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
Courier Proof
If the return parcel is not received by us, customers may be requested to provide courier proof of delivery.
Verification Process
Once the return is received, our Returns Team will verify the item and contact you within 72 hours.
3. Customization Policy
All customized products are strictly final sale. No exceptions.
• Once a customization order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged for any reason.
• No refunds — cash or otherwise — will be issued on customization orders.
• This applies to all customized products including but not limited to printed boxes, branded packaging, custom dimensions, and bespoke designs.
• Returns or exchanges will not be entertained on grounds of design preference, size, colour variation, or any other subjective reason.
📌 Please review all order details carefully before placing a customization order. Boxministry is not liable for errors submitted by the customer at the time of order.
Exception — Manufacturing Defects:
• In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error solely on our part (i.e., the delivered product significantly deviates from the confirmed order specifications), Boxministry will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
• Defect claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
• The original packaging is retained.
• The product is unused.
• The item is damaged during delivery or does not match the order specifications.
📌 Product sizes are clearly mentioned on the website. Customers are requested to review size details before placing an order. Exchanges or returns are not accepted for size-related issues.
Exchange Process
• Products must be returned in original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery.
• WhatsApp your Order Number and reason for exchange to +91 7676635912.
• Upon acknowledgement from Boxministry, courier the product to our return address.
• Share tracking details via WhatsApp (+91 7676635912) or email at boxministry.official@gmail.com.
• After inspection and approval, Store Credit equivalent to the item value will be issued.
5. Cancellation & Store Credit Policy
Cancellation Charges
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
• A 10% cancellation fee will be applicable on all cancelled orders to cover payment gateway and processing costs.
• Partial cancellations are allowed unless they violate Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements.
• Customized products cannot be cancelled once placed (see Section 3).
• Orders that are already shipped or in transit cannot be cancelled, except in cases of damage or delayed delivery.

Order Modification Option (Recommended)
• Instead of cancelling, customers may choose to add or remove products or change sizes, subject to MOQ and provided the order has not been shipped.
• No additional modification fee applies.
• If there is any price difference due to a change in product or size, the difference amount will be charged accordingly.
Store Credit Option (Recommended)
Customers may opt for Store Credit instead of a refund to avoid the 10% cancellation fee.
Benefits of Store Credit:
• Full order value credited with no deductions.
• Instantly added to your Boxministry account.
• Can be fully utilized on future purchases.
• No expiry date.
6. Refund Policy & Timelines
Boxministry does not issue cash refunds. All eligible refunds will be processed exclusively as Store Credit.
Refund as Store Credit
• All approved refunds will be credited to your Boxministry account as Store Credit.
• Store Credit is issued instantly upon approval.
• Store Credit has no expiry date and can be used on any future purchase.

• Store Credit is the only mode of refund available.
7. Seasonal / Festival Products Policy
• Seasonal or festival-specific products (including but not limited to Christmas, Diwali, Valentine's Day, New Year, and similar occasions) are non-returnable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
• This applies to all seasonal products placed or booked within 10 days prior to the respective festival or occasion.
• Once such orders are confirmed, no modifications, cancellations, returns, refunds, or store credits will be applicable.
