Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Options
Standard Courier
• All orders are shipped via our reliable courier partners across India.
• Shipping charges are calculated based on the item weight and delivery location, and will be displayed at checkout.
• Boxministry does not offer free shipping. Shipping charges apply to all orders.

2. Dispatch Timelines
Standard Orders
• Standard orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, subject to stock availability.
• You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched.
Customization Orders
Customized products follow a separate dispatch timeline:
• Dispatch timeline for customization orders is 7–10 business days from the date of design/artwork confirmation.
• The timeline begins only after the customer has confirmed the final artwork or design — not from the date of order placement.
• Any delays in artwork confirmation from the customer's end will extend the dispatch timeline accordingly.
📌 Boxministry is not responsible for delays caused by late artwork submissions or revisions requested after initial confirmation.
3. Proof of Delivery Policy
• If a customer requires proof of delivery, Boxministry will contact the courier partner on their behalf.
• The courier may take up to 72 hours to respond with the required documentation.
• Customers will be notified promptly once the information is received.
• Proof of delivery must be requested within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered, as per courier policy.
4. Return to Origin (RTO) Dispatch
If a package is marked as Return to Origin (RTO) due to failed delivery attempts, an incorrect address, or unavailability of the recipient, re-dispatch will be handled as follows:
• In-stock products: Redelivery within 72 hours of courier confirmation.
• Out-of-stock products: Redelivery within 72 hours of the original parcel being received back at our facility.
• Additional shipping charges for re-dispatch will be borne by the customer.
📌 Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order to avoid RTO situations.
5. Delivery Delays
• Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier-related issues such as weather disruptions, strikes, or operational delays.
• In such cases, Boxministry will provide updates as soon as information is received from the courier.
• Some delays may extend beyond the original estimated delivery timeframe. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
• Boxministry is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Missing or Damaged Shipments
• If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, you must notify Boxministry within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
• Please share clear photos or videos of the damaged parcel and products at the time of reporting.
• Boxministry will initiate an investigation with the courier, which may take up to 7 business days.
• Boxministry is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit beyond the scope of the courier investigation.
7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the package may be returned to Boxministry or held at the courier's local office.
• Customers will bear all additional shipping costs for redelivery in such cases.
• Redelivery will be initiated after the package is returned to our facility, which may take up to 72 hours.
